In 1980 two companies were founded to manufacture equipment for water treatment. The first, Cortiplas, manufactures on-land purifying systems and nTorreiro makes water treatment systems for use on ships.
During the nineties, following a spin-off management system, two independent companies were set up from the functional units of both companies. These companies offered their services to third parties on a sub-contracting basis.
The results of this whole process are now to be seen: six perfectly coordinated and independent companies that can meet all subcontract requirements to deliver a fully-completed product.
Our turnover is over €25 million and we employ 250 people, and we are now considered a reference in subcontracting in Spain.
CMC, S.L. manufactures large glass fibre reinforced polyester parts. It has a capacity to manufacture large parts to meet orders using: infusion, laminating and RTM light.
